I could’nt make it today but it was a cracking day for a ride – warm but not too hot and little wind.
The route out was via Weston, Ardeley, Gt. Munden, Puckeridge, Barwick and Much Hadham. Ash Valley is a new venue for us, probably good that there were only six of us! But it was OK.The six were Adrian with Ronnie, Mia, Nige, Kris and Andy.
On the return we popped in to Mill End Plants, except Mia and Ronnie who both needed to get back, so we separated at Sandon.
After a cuppa at Mill End, Nige and Andy returned via Halls Green and Graveley, with me and Kris continuing on the original route.
Garmin threw a wobbly at one point, hence the odd data in places! 70 mph top speed? I don’t think.
