Another lovely spring day saw 8 meet in LGC; Adrian, me, Kevin, Geoff H, Mia, Angie, Martin and Keith.
We were soon joined by John H and Nige at Wymondley. At Whitwell Martin had to leave us, needing to get back early,
After a lumpy but nonetheless pleasant ride we arrived at the pub to find Geoff P, Mick, Peters C and S, and Bedford Paul waiting for us, so making 14 in total.
The service proved to be very efficient and we were all fed and watered in good time.
After lunch I set off on my own on a return similar to the way out. Paul and Angie set off separately, with Geoff P, Mick and Peter S making for Harpenden.
leaving the rest to make there way through the lanes to Lilley Bottom, where Pete C and I turned north to leave the rest to make their own way home.
Spring is only temporary, back to single digit temps next week!
